Love fills the air
And I'm left to despair
Hearts unite to become one
But from mine all others run

Love fills the air
But no other heart could care
That I still remain alone
Outside of the love zone

Hearts are fixed and show light
While mine struggles to remain bright
Mates find each other in the abyss
But I'm shrugged off and dismissed

Love is a cruel being indeed
